About us

We advise companies on the development of disclosure standards to enhance economic value by making their businesses visible to creditors, investors, shareholders, financial intermediaries and partners. The work involves establishing information processes including documentation and analysis of information and the development of communication channels.

We believe institutional credibility is built on fundamental governance principles such as fairness, accountability, transparency and compliance.

Companies that ambition global competitiveness gain by developing institutionalized relationships. A continuous flow of appropriate, reliable, timely and accessible information are basic to such relationships.

“Our role is to help companies build capabilities to make value creation fully visible and thereby maximize their own value.”
